02 - Mix shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, and chives in a mixing bowl until evenly combined.
03 - Flatten each dough piece into a 3-inch round using your hands or a rolling pin.
04 - Spoon 1 tablespoon of the chicken mixture onto the center of each dough circle and add 1 mozzarella ball on top.
05 - Pinch dough securely around the filling to seal, forming a ball. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and parsley in a small bowl. Brush the butter mixture over each dough ball.
07 - Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
