01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place flatbreads on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - In a small bowl, mix olive oil and minced garlic. Brush evenly over each flatbread.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over flatbreads.
05 - Top with chopped spinach and red onion slices.
06 - Scatter crumbled feta cheese on top and sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper.
07 - Bake for 12–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and flatbread edges are golden and crisp.
08 - Remove from oven, slice, and serve immediately.
