# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • It satisfies that specific craving for something filling without feeling heavy or greasy afterward.
  • You can prep everything in advance and assemble it in under five minutes when hunger hits.
  • The triple-decker setup means every bite has a little bit of everything instead of sad empty corners.
02 -
  • Pat the tomato slices dry with a paper towel before adding them or the sandwich will weep mayo-tinted juice all over your plate.
  • Do not assemble this more than ten minutes before eating or the lettuce will wilt and the toast will lose its snap.
03 -
  • Use a serrated knife to slice through the sandwich cleanly without crushing the layers or dragging the filling out.
  • If you want a little heat, add a few slices of pickled jalapeño between the turkey and the bacon for a sweet-spicy kick.
