01 - Divide the Greek yogurt evenly between two serving bowls, spreading it across the bottom in an even layer.
02 - Rinse and pat dry all fruit. Slice the strawberries and banana, dice the mango, then arrange the strawberries, blueberries, mango, and banana over the yogurt in each bowl.
03 - Sprinkle the granola and chia or flax seeds evenly over the arranged fruit in both bowls.
04 - Drizzle honey or maple syrup over the top if desired. Serve immediately while the granola is still crisp.
